Question 1: What payment method do you accept?

We prefer Paypal payments, includes Credit Card, Master Card, American Express, Bank Account
We also accept Money Order or Personal Check



Question 2: What company do you use for shipping service?

To continuous 48 states and Canada, we use UPS and FedEx and Canada Post (USPS) Standard shipping.
AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, APO, FPO and other countries, the shipping cost will be MORE. Contact us first for the details.


Question 3: How long will I receive the parts that I order?
When the order payment clears, most orders will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS days.
For North America Shipping Address
UPS Standard usually takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to deliver the packages.
We will send you an email with the tracking number once the parts are shipped.
For Outside of North America Shipping Address
It will take longer time, please call or email us for more details.



Question 4: What is the warranty policy?

Warranty does not cover rust problems. All brake rotors will rust eventually, with coating or without coating they are all the same, but no coating rotors will rust faster. Please do not complaint about rust if you purchase no coating rotors.

Warranty does not cover painting color problems.


Damage or Parts missing on arrival must be reported to us within 5 days after the delivery day. Please keep all package boxes safe if this happened. The lost will be covered by the shipping company. We will help you to file a claim with them. Please inspect the parts right away when you receive them to make sure they are NOT defect on arrival. DO NOT INSTALL THE PARTS IF THEY ARE DEFECT, otherwise they become used parts and need to follow our warranty policy for the replacement.

RETURN POLICY: Brand new items can be returned for refund within 7 days after delivery day. The return parts must be packaged in the original box and ready-to-sell condition. A minimum 15% re-stock fee will be charged for some condition. Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping cost and custom duty fees which associated with the returns. The original shipping cost is NOT refundable. Buyer needs to contact us first to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We do not accept any package without the RA#.

WARRANTY: Against warping and cracking. Buyer needs to ship back the defect parts and original installation receipt to get a replacement. (No refund for used parts. A licensed mechanic inspection receipt is required to prove the installation is properly if you install the parts by yourself.) Buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping cost and any custom duty fees which are associated with the returns. Buyer needs to contact us first to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We do not accept any package without the RA#. This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, improper installation, application or the result of normal wear and tear. We will not be liable for the cost of related parts, labor for removal or installation, incidental expenses, consequential damages or damage to property.


6 month manufacturer warranty for OE replacement rotors and drums and wheel bearings.

60 days manufacturer warranty for cross drilled rotors, super enhanced drilled rotors, slotted rotors, drilled & slotted rotors.

30 days manufacturer warranty for brake pads and shoes.


DO NOT make high speed heavy braking before break-in procedures.

DO NOT install the extra screws if your vehicle rotors have extra screw holes or different position holes.

DO NOT use air wrench to tighten the parts.

DO NOT drop or shock the brake parts.

DO NOT re-use old studs, old pads or old shoes.

DO NOT install on any kind of special applications.

DO NOT try to install without proper equipment and adequate experience.

DO NOT scratch the paint or use cleaner on the paint area.


Question 5:  Can I go pick up my order?
Yes, local pick up is available.
